2002: The term "career contentment" was first introduced to career coaching clients and the first website was launched. The tools used initially to support this term had been developed and refined by the author during his previous career in Human Resources.
2003: Training sessions involving small groups of transitioning jobseekers were implemented to help expand the topic and resources. Terms and resources were further refined based on feedback obtained during seminars, individual coaching sessions, and in response to articles published on this topic, and programs heard live on radio News.
2004: The outline of the first book on career contentment was developed based on the refined training materials, feedback commentary, and the tools and resources developed by the author. Training sessions continued as a way of testing content.
2005: The main book entitled Career Contentment slowly began to take shape. Supplemental training audios were developed for testing by coaching clients. All other materials were outlined and developed.
2006: The initial book was finalized and a decision was reached to publish with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Raising The Bar (RTB), a curriculum design firm referred by ASTD was engaged to develop one-of-a-kind learning exercises for incorporating to the evolving materials. Final editions of materials and audios were recorded. Presentations are delivered to groups of senior HR Executives to preview the concepts.
2007: Design features of the materials and audios were completed. Expert interview guests are recruited for learning programs. Nation-wide radio interview programs were launched.
