Career Contentment Inc. is a hybrid career-coaching and executive search firm that was formed in 2000 by Jeff Garton. His decision to expand into coaching in 2002 was caused by a downturn in recruiting following the tragedy of 9/11/2001. His coaching certification is with the Career Coach Institute.

In addition to his entrepreneur experience, Jeff's background also includes a twenty two-year career in Human Resources with the Philip Morris Companies where he led the global staffing for the Miller Brewing Company and Kraft Foods. He is the recipient of two EMA "Best In Category" awards for employer branding and recruitment marketing. That he specialized in employment was no accident.
